I began appraising as a licensed assistant in 2007 and became a New York State Certified Residential Appraiser in 2013. In April 2019, I opened Home Town Appraisals of CNY. I have extensive knowledge in the markets of Cortland, Cayuga, Tompkins and Southern Onondaga County: specializing in single family & multi-family residential homes, lake front properties and vacant land.
